Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders ship within 3-7 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact info@solrise.co.za.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

All domestic orders will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped.

Prices and delivery times vary based on zip code and weight of the order.

We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the courier.

We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells items for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.”All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.

It is your responsibility to get the return item back to Solrise studio. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for returning items lost in transit.

STORE CREDITS ARE ISSUED FOR ALL RETURN REQUESTS. This will be valued at the purchase price you paid for the item returned, excluding shipping costs.

We are unable to refund original and return shipping charges.

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES

All of our garments are MADE TO ORDER, due to this we are unable to offer exchanges. If the item you purchased is the incorrect size, please return to Solrise studio. We will then issue you store credit in order to repurchase the item in the correct size. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, our decision of a made to order production system is to reduce overproduction and waste as we strive for sustainability.
